Raw material traceability certification

Nord Pellami is actively committed to a transparent production chain and guarantees the traceability of its leathers back to their countries of origin through the adoption of ICEC Raw Material Traceability Certification systems.
In compliance with EU Regulation 2023/1115, Nord Pellami is implementing its own verification and control system on supply farms, aimed at drawing up Due Diligence documents in compliance with European standards on animal welfare and deforestation.

In collaboration with the ICEC Nord Pellami Institute, it has obtained two traceability certifications:

TS SC 410: traceability of hides upstream from the tannery

TS PC 412: traceability of hides from the tannery up to the breeding site with the addition of traceability checks of the production phases of the same at the tannery

QUALITY CONTROL'

We monitor our leathers at every stage of production. Individual production batches can be subjected to tests and analyses, performed directly in our company or at accredited external laboratories. We provide a declaration of conformity and an RSL, which are updated periodically based on changing regulations and customer input.
